This covers the website you're on right now — what it collects about visitors and customers, where that information goes, and what never happens to it. How I handle your business's call recordings and customer data once you're a client is covered in the Terms of Service, sections 23 and 24.
When you buy a plan, the checkout collects your name, email, phone number, and billing address. Checkout runs on Stripe; your card or bank details go to Stripe directly and never touch my systems.
When you email me, call me, or book a call, I keep the correspondence — that's how I remember what we talked about.
That's the list. There are no accounts to create, no profiles built about you, and nothing collected silently in the background.
This site may use Google Analytics to count visitors — how many people came, which pages they read, and roughly where they came from. Where it's active, Google sets a cookie in your browser to tell one visitor from another.
I use those numbers to see whether the site is doing its job. I don't use them to identify you, follow you around the internet, or build a profile of you — and I couldn't if I wanted to, because what I see is aggregate counts, not people.
Three things: delivering what you bought, billing you correctly, and answering you when you reach out. If you're a client, I'll also email you about your own service — invoices, reports, things that need your attention.
I don't run ads. I don't send marketing blasts. If that ever changes, every email will have a working unsubscribe link and clicking it will actually work.
I don't sell your information. I don't rent it. I don't trade it. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. There is no version of this business where your information is the product.
A few vendors have to handle your information for the service to work at all: Stripe processes payments, Netlify hosts this site, Google Workspace carries my email, and Google Analytics, where active, counts visits. Each one handles your data under its own privacy terms, and each one gets only what its job requires.
Beyond those, your information leaves my hands only if the law compels it — a subpoena or court order — and never as a business decision.
If you're a client, my receptionist answers calls from your customers — and their names, numbers, and messages belong to your business, not mine. How that data is handled, stored, exported, and deleted is spelled out in the Terms of Service, sections 23 and 24. Short version: it's used to run your service and for nothing else.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal to websites. Beyond the visit-counting described above, there's nothing on this site tracking you in the first place — so the site treats every visitor the same way whether the signal is on or off.
I keep billing records for as long as tax law makes me. Correspondence sticks around so I have the history of what we agreed. If you want something deleted that I'm not legally required to keep, email me and I'll delete it — and tell you when it's done.
If I change this policy in a way that actually affects you, I'll email active clients before it takes effect and update the date at the top. Quiet edits that expand what I collect are exactly what this page exists to rule out.
